We are a fledgling brewing collaboration striving to create great beers with simple profiles from one hundred percent organic grains and hops. Our beers are not available in stores or restaurants - we are self distributing on request only.

We brew in small batches in Oakland California and we are always testing new recipes, so check back often to see what's newly bottled.

BREAKING NEWS:

Our very own El Diablo Dorado turned the heads of the judges at the National Organic Homebrew Challenge enough to give it second in its category and put us on the final step of the "Best in Show" podium. That's third place is a second, after-category, un-scored judging that pits all the first place entries from each judging flight against each other to pick the three best overall beers. One judge said; "Good malt profile, characteristic Belgian yeast/sugar profile, some hops in balance and style appropriate. Good fruity profile." We like to think that pretty much sums up us and the beer too.

We also scored second place in the Belgian and French Ale and India Pale Ale categories with our Citadel Wit and Clarkia IPA. Overall very successful for our first foray into competitive homebrewing.
